Country gîte for 4 people on the 1st floor of a 17th-century farmhouse overlooking Camargue horses.

Situated in the Countryside, Mas d'Artaud is divided into 4 dwellings, including this Holiday cottage for 4 people located at the end of the mas, on the 1st floor. Access to the Holiday cottage is via an outside staircase, which also leads to an adjoining apartment rented out on a year-round basis. The owner and her mother live in the other parts of the mas. A former fenière (hayloft), this accommodation has been renovated and restored and comprises 2 bedrooms with views of the Camargue horses. A producer of cosmetics made from the milk of Camargue mares is located opposite the small road leading to the mas, so don't hesitate to take the guided tour!

On the 1st floor, the Holiday cottage comprises :
- Large living room with Countryside view, featuring sofa, flat-screen TV (Orange box channels), connected speaker, fireplace (wood supplied), DVD player, small library and CD/DVD available. Dining area for 8 people. Reversible air-conditioning.
- Open-plan kitchen with 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter and pod coffee machine, juicer, extractor hood, blender, food processor, large-capacity fridge/freezer with water dispenser, counter with 2 high stools and double sink.
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, sink, household utensils and additional crockery.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, desk, chair, large closet.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 80x200cm that can be made into 1 bed 160x200cm with adapted mattress topper, baby bed, chest of drawers and closet.
- Bathroom with bathtub with hand shower, washbasin and electric towel rail.
- Separate WC.

The 2 bedrooms overlook the horses. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets.
Pets allowed (15 kg max.) if they get along with the other animals: dogs and cats on the property.

Included: wifi, bed linen, towels, reversible air conditioning and wood for the fireplace.
End-of-stay cleaning optional. Baby equipment on request.
