Marius

Halfway between the Sainte Victoire and Sainte Baume mountains, between Aix-en-Provence and Cassis, the Holiday cottage Marius is an apartment located on the first floor of the owner's beautiful villa. It has a beautiful view of the Pagnol hills, and opens directly onto a terrace and the Piscine (7x3.5m, 1.5m deep, open from May 1 to October 1, 10am to 8pm), shared with the owners and two other Holiday cottages. The pool is protected by a glass fence with safety gate.
The terraced garden is also shared and provides an ideal play area for Kids: swing, slide, monkey bridge.

The Holiday cottage, accessible from the terrace, comprises :
- a living room with sofa bed 140x190cm, armchair, coffee table, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, bookcase, table with 4 chairs, extra bed (single), air-conditioning, fully-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 4 gas rings, Nespresso coffee maker.
- a large bedroom with 140x190cm bed, large wall cupboard, dressing area, high table with high stools, ceiling fan, wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Bay window overlooking terrace and Piscine.
- a bathroom with corner shower, washbasin with cupboard, WC.

The owner offers a Wellbeing experience with yoga classes or massages on request.
All utilities included: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, electricity. Baby equipment available on request. Pets not allowed.
