This Holiday cottage is a duplex designed for 2 people, nestled in a preserved residential area just a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. Ideal for a peaceful stay, this semi-detached house, with its traditional Provencal charm, is the perfect pied-à-terre for exploring the Alpilles region.

Holiday cottage highlights:
- Ideal Location: Close to the city center, you can enjoy restaurants, stores and Provencal markets without having to take the car.
- Private outdoor space: A 7m² sunny terrace and a 40 m² lush garden are exclusively at your disposal for outdoor relaxation.
- Traditional decor: Immerse yourself in a warm ambience with authentic materials such as wood and panelling.
- Shared Piscine : Enjoy access to the Piscine (3x6m, 1.2m deep, open from 01/06 to 30/09 from 11am to 10pm), shared with the owners, to cool off on those beautiful Provencal days. The swimming pool is secured by roller shutters and fenced with security gates.
- Convenience: A private parking space is included for your peace of mind.
The Holiday cottage comprises a living room with a kitchen equipped with a 2-burner induction hob, electric mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee makers (filter and Nespresso pods compatible with Senseo soft pods), small appliances. Lounge area with sofa, desk, flat-screen TV. Spacious dining area for 4. Reversible air-conditioning.
Upstairs mezzanine with 1 double bed (160x200cm) and flat-screen TV (Amazon Prime) with DVD/BD player and home cinema.
Please note: due to the narrow width of the steps leading to the mezzanine, this layout is not suitable for Kids for safety reasons.
Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning included. Linen for hire. Electricity billed according to actual meter reading (electric heating + reversible air conditioning) after deduction of 8kW/day or 56kW/week.
No parties allowed. No smoking Holiday cottage. Piscine access authorized to tenants only. Capacity 2 people.

Wonderful gite
5/5Jean-Paul and Helene were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. They picked us up from the bus stop and gave us lots of information about the local area. They made it clear that they were available if we needed anything, but also respected our privacy. The gite had everything we needed, including 2 coffee machines and a washing machine. The garden was a beautiful space to sit and eat and enjoy the lovely surroundings. The gite was very comfortable. San Remy de Provence is a beautiful town and the surrounding countryside is stunning. We would recommend a walk from San Remy to Les Baux de Provence. The food was delicious, our favourite restaurant was Grand Cafe Riche. Merci Jean-Paul and Helene for a wonderful stay.
