Located in the Provencal village of Mollégès, l'Oustalet du Comtat is a Holiday cottage for 6 people with courtyard, small garden and private parking for 2 vehicles, in 1 century-old mas. This charming house is ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends. You'll also enjoy a refreshing dip in the owners' above-ground swimming pool (7.8x3.8, 1.2m deep, open from 01/05 to 30/09). Ground floor: - Living room with exposed beams and beautiful cement tiles, leather sofa, flat-screen TV (Orange box channels), wood-burning stove (wood supplied), dining area for up to 8 people.
- The kitchen is equipped with 1 5-burner gas hob with gas oven, 1 mobile induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and dining space for 4. - The shower room includes 1 x 80x80cm shower, washing machine, basin, heated towel rail and small storage/laundry area. - Opposite the staircase leading to the first floor, the closed WC. This character Holiday cottage has 3 bedrooms on the first floor (air-conditioning in the hallway), comfortably accommodating up to 6 people. Each room is tastefully decorated. The 1st bedroom has 2 beds 90x190, the 2nd bedroom a 2-person bed 140x190 and the 3rd bedroom a 2-person bed 160x200. Take advantage of the private courtyard with summer kitchen and flower garden, where you can enjoy moments of relaxation in complete privacy. Semi-detached from the owners' house, the Holiday cottage offers total independence, while providing easy access to Cécile and Bernard's advice and warm welcome. Pets are welcome, with a compulsory €100 cleaning fee, and bed linen and towels are included. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Wifi (fiber).
