On one level, the gîte opens onto a living room with sofa, flat-screen TV, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, espresso maker and fridge/freezer. Dining area.
One bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm and flat-screen TV. Hifi and DVD player available.
Bathroom with large walk-in shower, separate WC.
Enclosed bike/motorcycle garage with private washing machine and storage room.
Swimming pool shared with owners (12x4.5m - 1.25 to 1.80m deep, open from May to September), outdoor shower room. Unenclosed private terrace of 240 m², which can be shaded by an electric awning, with garden furniture and covered barbecue. Private 500 m² olive orchard.
Electric shutters and screens. Reversible air conditioning. Electricity included up to 56 kw/h per week (extra charge beyond that). Cot and high chair on request. Wi-Fi access. Private parking space on the property. Housework on request (35€). No smoking.

McNicol Excellent gite
Excellent holiday in very comfortable, quiet location. The gite is equipped to a very high standard and the maintenance of the pool and garden is superb. The owners are very helpful and suppportive. The location is excellent if you wish to explore and visit the area.

On tien à remercier très sincèrement l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, lors de notre visite. Nous sommes tellement reconnaissant d'avoir pu profiter d'un endroit aussi agréable et très confortable pendant notre séjour. Le gîte est super agréable avec tout ce qu'il faut et ne pas oublier la superbe piscine avec une température très agréable. Nous recommandons vraiment ce superbe gîte et pour notre part nous reviendrons.
