On the heights of La Ciotat and close to the freeway exit (no nuisance), the Lou Bancaou gîte is located on the 1st floor of a Provencal house, next to the owners. Access is via a grand staircase and a lovely 14m² private terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. The property is enclosed by an electric gate and fully fenced, so you can park your car and enjoy the garden and large petanque area.

It comprises a living room with a 140x190cm sofa bed, flat-screen TV, storage cupboard, dining area with table and 4 chairs, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove with oven and 4 ceramic hobs.
The bathroom is equipped with a small 70x80cm shower cubicle, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
The 8.5m² bedroom has a 140x190cm bed that can be separated into 2 70cm beds with bedside tables and lamps, and a wall cupboard.

Heated/cooled floor. Wifi connection. Electricity and heating included in the price. Bed linen and towels optional: 15€. Optional end-of-stay cleaning: 30€. Pets are not accepted.
