L'Île aux Fleurs is an atypical 18th-century house, sublimated by a veritable green setting created by its owner, Jurate. You'll love relaxing in the private swimming pool, listening to the fountain, taking a nap on the balcony or enjoying lunch on the cool terrace, while admiring the flowers in the garden. The interior decor is brimming with drawings and paintings by Jurate.
The owner lives in a small semi-detached house with a shared entrance.

The house has 3 levels. Ground floor:
- Fully-equipped kitchen (3 induction hobs, 2 ovens, fridge, dishwasher, extractor hood), open onto dining area for 8 people. Armchairs in the old wine vat.
- Storeroom with washing machine and freezer.
- Separate WC.

1st floor:
- Entrance with mirror.
- Living room with piano, flat-screen TV with Netflix access and library. The living room gives access to the adjoining, covered balcony, offering a magnificent view. A bench, bed and desk make this space ideal for working or relaxing.
- Bathroom with Italian-style 80x100cm shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.

2nd floor:
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm with canopy, wardrobe and bench seat.
- 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, desk with chair, wardrobe, armchairs and wall cupboard.
- 3rd bedroom with 1 bed 90x190cm, bookcase, desk with chair, armchair, secretary, mezzanine (ceiling height under 1.8m) with 1 double bed 140x190cm.
- Bathroom with bath, washbasin and heated towel rail.

Private garden of approx. 150 m² with garden and lounge furniture, plancha and private swimming pool 4x3.5m, 1.6m deep.
Free public parking 50m away.

Included: air-conditioning in summer, bed linen and towels. Optional end-of-stay cleaning. Heating billed according to actual cost in winter.
Pets accepted with a supplement of €10 per day (max. 1 pet per household).
