Located in the heart of Lançon de Provence, this first-floor apartment offers 4 bedrooms, a private covered terrace and access to a shared swimming pool. The pool is shared only with a year-round tenant in an apartment on the first floor of the house, each with its own entrance. There's also an owner's dry-cleaning room below the apartment, to which you'll have free access (dry-cleaning hours to be respected), with washing machine and dryer.

The apartment comprises :
- Living/dining room with dining area for 6 people, 2 sofas, armchair and flat-screen TV. Open-plan kitchen with 3-burner gas hob and 1 electric hob, hood, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker. The kitchen opens via a secure French window onto the balcony, which extends onto the covered terrace and then onto the pool at the rear of the house.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasin and heated towel rail.

- 4 bedrooms: 1 with a 160x200cm bed, 2 with 2 twin 90x200cm beds and 1 with 2 twin 80x200cm beds (this one opens onto the terrace - possibility of 2 extra beds).

Private covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha, shared swimming pool 5x3m, max depth 1.7m, open from 10am to 11pm.
Free public parking in front of the gîte. Reinforced socket for electric vehicles.
