In the Provencal countryside, facing Mont Sainte Victoire and surrounded by fields of vines and olive trees, the Les Vignes gîte is attached to a detached house. With its enclosed garden with inflatable spa to the south and small terrace to the north, you can enjoy the outdoors at any time of day. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with exposed stone walls and air-conditioning, as well as beautiful decoration and features created by the owner. The location is ideal in the countryside, close to hiking trails, Mont Sainte Victoire, Aix en Provence and the Calanques of Cassis and Marseille.

On two levels, the house comprises on the ground floor:
- Fitted kitchen with central island serving as a table for 4. Refrigerator and freezer with drawers, oven, microwave, 4 induction hobs, dishwasher.
- Air-conditioned living room with lounge and dining area: sofa, pouffe, coffee table, TV, wood-burning stove, table and chairs, bay window opening onto small terrace.
- Bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.

1st floor:
- Bedroom with 2 beds 80x200cm, wardrobe, velux window with mosquito net.
- Bedroom with 1 bed 140x200cm, 2 armchairs and coffee table, chest of drawers and French window with mosquito screen opening onto a balcony with garden view.
- Shared dressing room.

200m² enclosed private lawned garden with trees, inflatable spa, enclosed terrace with garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars with gate to garden.
The owners live in the neighboring house, which is separated by a palisade fence.

Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. Baby equipment available. Pets welcome.
