Set in a green and quiet environment, this gîte is an ideal base for visiting Marseille (transport network in the immediate vicinity), hiking in the Calanques or discovering the charm of the surrounding area.
At the foot of the village of St Julien, one of Marseille's eastern districts, 6 km from the Vieux Port and 13 km from the Calanques, very pretty gîte with independent entrance, on the ground floor of the owners' house, overlooking the flower-filled garden and shaded private terrace with garden furniture, relaxation area and gas plancha barbecue.
On-site swimming pool (8x4m, 0.80 to 1.80m deep, accessible from 01/06 to 30/09), shared with our family and alarm-protected.
Living/dining room with 180x200 bed (can be separated on request), dining area, comfortable lounge with satellite TV and hi-fi system. Independent, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, multi-function oven, dishwasher....) overlooking terrace. Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
Heating, sheets, towels and kitchen linen included. Wi-fi internet access. Private laundry room (washing machine, clothes line, etc.). Parking in the entrance courtyard of the gated property.

KERSEV Exceptionnel
La localité du gîte nous fait penser à l'arrière pays mais nous sommes en fait aux portes de Marseille. Grâce aux bus et métro,le vieux port(centre névralgique)est à 20mn. La voiture n'est pas indispensable. Le logement tres fonctionnel, la piscine très agréable après les diverses promenades et activités sur Marseille( ville, par ailleurs, qui vaut le détour)ont rendu cette semaine particulièrement plaisante.

Nous avons passé un séjour superbe dans ce gîte de type studio à Saint-Julien, dans le 12e arrondissement de Marseille. Le logement est très bien équipé, confortable et parfaitement adapté pour profiter pleinement de la région.
Les hôtes sont tout simplement fantastiques : accueillants, chaleureux et toujours disponibles. Nous avons partagé avec eux de très bons moments, riches en échanges, aussi bien sur Marseille que sur la France en général. Leur convivialité et leur générosité rendent le séjour encore plus agréable.
Un grand merci pour cette belle expérience ! Nous repartons avec d’excellents souvenirs et nous recommandons ce gîte sans hésiter à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir Marseille dans les meilleures conditions.

Gite ideal pour 2 personnes
Nous avons vraiment apprecié notre séjour dans ce cadre protégé de la chaleur. La proximité des transports en commun nous a permis de visiter Marseille sans nous servir de la voiture .

Johan petit gîte confortable
Ce gîte est joliment décoré et peut accueillir deux personnes. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour : une terrasse sous les vignes, une pelouse pour bronzer et surtout la piscine pour se rafraîchir après une chaude journée.
Le contact chaleureux avec les propriétaires et nous pouvons parler d'une semaine de vacances réussie.
