Les Platanes

The Platanes gîte is located on the 1st floor of the building, facing south, with a large adjoining private terrace (2.30mx14.2m) with garden furniture and barbecue, covered with wisteria in season.

Set on a beautiful Camargue farmhouse used for rice farming, located on a side road leading to Les Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, this charming holiday cottage for 3 people is attached to the owner’s home and a second holiday cottage but accessible through a separate entrance (no direct view of neighboring properties).

The ground-floor living area features a huge picture window overlooking the meadows and horses. The living area includes a sofa bed that can accommodate one child (uncomfortable for an adult), a television, and beautiful, high-quality furniture. Kitchen and dining area, located in the former stable (the original feed trough has been preserved): built-in cabinets with a beautiful countertop, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, and microwave. Separate toilet and storage space.

Upstairs, a sumptuous 50 m² bedroom with high ceilings: double bed, sitting area with bookshelf, and large wardrobe. Bathtub in the bedroom; separate bathroom with sink in an enclosed room. Two large windows overlook the Countryside.

Outside, there is a small shaded courtyard at the entrance to the holiday cottage, as well as a north-facing area with comfortable patio furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue.
