In the heart of the countryside with views of the Sainte Victoire, Les Arbousiers is just 10km from Aix-en-Provence. It's a detached house with private swimming pool (10x5, depth. from 1.4 to 1.60m, open. from 15/04 to 15/10) protected by alarm, on 6 hectares of unfenced land, in an estate of 8 well-spaced villas.
On one level, the gîte comprises :
- large living room with high ceilings, 3-seater fabric sofa, pouffe and 2 armchairs, connected flat-screen TV and coffee table, touches of African decoration.
- integrated open kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and plenty of storage space.
- laundry room with sink and washing machine
- separate toilet with washbasin
- 2 bedrooms (80x200cm beds that can be made into 160x200cm beds) with fitted closets and en-suite bathrooms (Italian shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, heated mirror and WC).
Outside :
- to the south, a 35m² wooden terrace overlooking Sainte Victoire, with wood and woven-resin garden furniture, aluminum and woven-resin lounge, gas plancha and parasol.
- to the north, a large gravel area for parking several vehicles. 17 steps lead up the hill to the private swimming pool with sun loungers.
Bed linen, towels and household linen included, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Wifi (fiber). Pets accepted subject to conditions: no damage, droppings collected. Baby equipment on request: cot, highchair, bathtub, play mat, stroller.
For companies, electricity and heating billed according to consumption.
Bus n°140 to Vauvenargues or Aix 200m away.

Olivier Très beau séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour extrêmement agréable dans cette belle maison de plain-pied, spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement équipée. Le calme règne en maitre sur ces hauteurs d'Aix en Provence, au pied de la montagne Sainte Victoire. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine en raison de la saison trop fraiche mais c'est bien le seul regret de cette semaine. L'accueil était chaleureux et la gentillesse de notre hôte était la cerise sur la gateau. Je recommanderai cette location sans hésitation à mon entourage pour un séjour dans cette magnifique région.

Uli Wunderbares Juwel
Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Bernhards Domizil verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was der Mensch braucht. Vor allem die Küche ist mit guten Töpfen und Messern ausgestattet. Das ist in einem Ferienhaus nicht immer üblich. Es ist sehr hochwertig und ökologisch durchdacht.
Vor allem die Wallbox, mit der wir unser Auto sehr kostengünstig immer wieder aufladen konnten, war toll. Natürlich muss der Stromverbrauch bezahlt werden, aber das war sehr kostengünstig. Die Terrasse war für uns ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Der Pool bietet wunderbare Entspannung und absolute Privatsphäre. Unser nächster Aufenthalt in Aix-en-Provence wird mit Sicherheit wieder in diesem wunderschönen Juwel sein.- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, gîte parfait, propriétaires accueillants et à l'écoute, région magnifique. Nous sommes venus fin novembre, la maison est extrêmement confortable, la météo au rendez vous, randonnées et vélo très agréables. Ne pas hésiter à venir aussi en cette saison !

Alex Un séjour idyllique
La maison est idéalement située en pleine campagne provençale tout en permettant de rejoindre Aix-en-Provence rapidement et de rayonner facilement dans la Région. Le calme, la beauté du paysage et la vue sur la Sainte-Victoire sont magiques. La maison est très confortable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipée.
Nous reviendrons à coup sûr!
