Nestled at the end of a 600-meter-long dirt track, it's an ideal starting point for exploring the Alpilles, in the benevolent shade of a majestic century-old plane tree.

Semi-detached but not overlooked, this air-conditioned Holiday cottage (reversible air conditioning included) has a lovely 150 m² private terrace and a 350 m² enclosed garden with barbecue, ideal for summer meals in the open air. It adjoins an olive grove, whose silvery reflections accompany your alarm clock, and offers an unobstructed view of the Alpilles from the master bedroom upstairs (25 m², double bed).

Perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay, the Holiday cottage includes :
- a modern, fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.),
- a warm, spacious living room with flat-screen TV,
- 2 comfortable bedrooms (one with two single beds on the first floor, one double bedroom upstairs),
- contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower,
- separate toilet
- and a laundry room with washing machine.
A private enclosed garage is also available for your peace and quiet. Mosquito screens on windows.
