Private swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 1.10 m to 1.60 m - safety roller shutter), open from May 1 to October 15.

The gîte boasts a spacious outdoor area with terrace and garden furniture, shady garden with lounge area, private swimming pool with deckchairs. You'll be surrounded by olive trees, oleanders, shrubs and trees that provide welcome shade in the hottest hours of the day!

Entirely on the ground floor: spacious lounge with sofa, flat-screen TV (120cm) overlooking the terrace and garden. The kitchen is a large, open-plan space with all built-in appliances (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, small electrical appliances) and dining area, also with direct access to the terrace.

Two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90x190) and one with 1 double bed (160x200), feature beautiful bedding and large storage cupboards. The master bedroom has its own private shower room with direct access (a few steps down): Italian shower, handsome vanity top, toilet.
Second independent shower room. Separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, drying rack, storage space and small appliances.

Electric heating (included) - Wifi (fiber) - Cleaning on request - bed linen and towels provided - cot and high chair on request - barbecue.
Flat rate of €50/week for recharging electric vehicles.
