On ground floor, entrance via private terrace. This fully air-conditioned Holiday cottage comprises :
- A living room/kitchen (induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, small appliances, dishwasher and washing machine) with dining table and sitting area with sofa bed.
- A 2-person bedroom with a 160x200 bed.
- Access via the bedroom to a shower room/wc.

Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, communal garden, alarmed communal Piscine (10.80x4.40, 0.80 to 2m deep) open from 01/05 to 30/09.
You may hear the two donkeys braying and the hens and rooster crowing.
Baby bed and high chair on request - wi-fi - bed linen and towels included.
Heating included with reversible air-conditioning, electricity consumption of 56kW per week (surplus calculated on a real basis) - end-of-stay cleaning (50€)
