Logement propre mais il manque beaucoup de petites choses qui font la différence entre l'accueil réel qui fait que l'on se sent bien tout de suite et la location d'un lieu où l'on doit tout apporter où presque.

Je suis vraiment désolée que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes et que nous ayons eu des problèmes de communication. Tire-bouchon et saladiers étaient bien dans l'appartement et vous ne les avez pas trouvés. J'ai bien noté que vous auriez aimé deux poignées et non pas une seule pour les poeles et casseroles et qu'un couvercle plus grand serait plus pratique. Ingrid qui vous a accueillie, puis moi qui vous ai rencontrées le même jour étions à votre écoute pour répondre à vos demandes.. Nous prenons en considération toutes vos remarques de façon à améliorer nos communications est explications aux vacancers.
