Located on the second floor of a building (no elevator), 'Les Hirondelles' is a large 50 m² studio apartment that comfortably accommodates two people. Nestled just 300 meters from the heart of Cassis and 700 meters from the Beach, it's the ideal base for discovering the calanques, the port and the Vineyards of the region.
Spacious and well-appointed, it offers a warm atmosphere, perfect for a couple's stay. You'll also be able to enjoy the outdoors on the terrace (which can be screened from view with a curtain).
You can walk to everything: the port, swimming, restaurants, the Provencal market or the calanques.
Air-conditioned, the studio features a sofa, TV, coffee table, dining area with table and 4 chairs, desk, fully-equipped kitchen with 3-burner induction hob and extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, etc. A sleeping area separated by a blackout curtain with 160x200 bed, two bedside tables and large closet, as well as a bathroom with thermostatic shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, toilet and washing machine.
Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bed linen and towels included.
Pay parking 200m away at the Casino Barrière (free until 12 noon).

Nous avons passé une semaine fabuleuse dans ce logement.
Nilo, personne très sympa, nous a accueilli et nous a tout de suite mis à l'aise.
Le logement est irréprochable, il est extrêmement propre et doté de tout ce qu'il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. Il est situé à 5mn à pied du port et juste devant il y a un arrêt de bus avec destination Marseille, La Ciotat ou la gare de Cassis.
En prime, une vue sur le cap Canaille depuis le balcon.

Pat38 Petit nid cosy au coeur Cassis
Séjour Mère/fille dans ce petit cocon de douceur à la propreté parfaite, impeccablement agencé et équipé (linge, vaisselle, ustensiles, électroménager) : rien ne manque. De la déco pleine de charme à la qualité de la literie, on s'y sent chez soi. Nous avons pu profiter de cassis et des alentours sans complexité logistique grâce a la situation idéale du studio.
Mais surtout merci à Nilo pour son incroyable accueil, sa simplicité et sa disponibilité. Nous avons été touchées par toutes les délicates attentions déployées par notre hôte. Une belle rencontre et une chaleur humaine qui fait du bien. Nous avons déjà recommandé à nos amis, quand à nous, nous reviendrons, c'est sur !- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Nilo.
Un accueil au top, des petites attentions touchantes, un logement avec une âme d’artiste décoré avec beaucoup de goût, une propreté irréprochable.
