In the Countryside but only 1 km from City d'Eyragues, pretty detached 2-person duplex Holiday cottage. Another Holiday cottage and the owners' home on the same site. Beautiful, unobstructed views of the countryside from the property, overlooking the Montagnette to the west and the Palais des Papes to the northwest.
Access to the Holiday cottage via the private 13.5 m² terrace with garden furniture, shaded by a remote-controlled electric awning.

First floor: well-appointed 26 m² living room with :
- Fully equipped kitchen (2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, mixer, pressure cooker, raclette machine on request, 8-cup coffee maker and pod espresso maker),
- Lounge area with flat-screen TV, hi-fi, DVD player.
-Small utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and shower gel dispenser, hairdryer, heated towel rail, WC.

On the mezzanine floor (high ceilings): sleeping area with 1 Queen size bed for 2 people 160x200cm, closet and storage shelves.

Large 100m2 terrace with sun loungers surrounding the shared 10 x 5 m Piscine, 0.5 to 1.75 m deep, accessible from 01/04 to 01/11, secured by barrier and alarm. Swimming pool games and aquabike available.

Reversible air conditioning and electric heating (included). Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional.
Internet (ethernet cable + wifi). High chair, baby bed, bath and bottle warmer on request.

Parking on property (electric gate). Green'up reinforced socket (3.5kw) for electric vehicles: invoiced according to actual consumption.
Between the 2 Holiday cottages, a shared lounge with pergola, sofa, armchairs and coffee table.
