Beautiful, unobstructed views of the countryside from the property, with views of the Montagnette to the west and the Palais des Papes to the northwest.
Access to the Holiday cottage via the private 13.5 m² terrace with garden furniture, shaded by a remote-controlled electric awning.
First floor: well-appointed 26 m² living room with :
- Fully equipped kitchen (2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, mixer, pressure cooker, raclette machine on request, coffee makers.
- Lounge area with flat-screen TV, hi-fi, DVD player.
