The Holiday cottage des Grillons is a single-storey apartment adjoining the owners' house, with no opposite views, and a beautiful terrace overlooking Mont Julien and Mont Aurélien. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a small road on the edge of the Forest de Gréasque, providing quick access to the Pilon du Roi and Hiking trails. Ideal for walkers! But that's not all: the Holiday cottage is also just 35 minutes from Cassis and La Ciotat on the Calanques side, as well as Marseille and Aix-en-Provence. Perfect for discovering Provence!

All on one level, the Holiday cottage comprises :
- Living room with sofa and flat-screen TV. Dining area for 2. Reversible air conditioning and ornamental fireplace.
- Kitchen with 2-burner induction hob, hood, microwave, mini-oven, small table-top fridge and Senseo pod coffee maker.
- Bedroom with 140x190cm double bed, wardrobe, hanging space and drawers.
- Bathroom with washbasin, 80x80cm shower, WC and heated towel rail.

Attractive 25m² terrace with pergola, garden furniture and lounge area, with views of the surrounding hills and Countryside. Chiliennes in the greenery. Private barbecue available in winter and access to owners' plancha in summer (barbecue not authorized locally in summer due to fire hazard). Private gravelled outdoor area of approx. 15 m² around the terrace.

Small pets allowed free of charge (please note that there are 2 cats on the property, so dogs must get along with cats).
Included : reversible air-conditioning. Optional: end-of-stay cleaning (if this option is not taken, the Holiday cottage must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as on arrival, otherwise the cleaning option will be deducted from the deposit), bed linen and towels.
Additional bedding available for a child up to 12 at no extra charge.
