In an exceptional setting in the Countryside, Holiday cottage les Grands Chênes is a completely independent house set in 1.2 hectares of unenclosed grounds. First floor: - spacious 80m² living room with high ceilings, kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, Nespresso pod coffee maker, microwave, plancha), sitting area with sofas, armchairs, coffee table, flat-screen TV and telephone, dining area, relaxation lounge with bookcase and armchairs.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, access to west-facing terrace - 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, access to west-facing terrace - bathroom with bath and double washbasin, separate WC - laundry room with private washing machine and storage unit On 1st floor :

Jobi Traumhafte Lage in der Natur
Wir haben zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Les Grands Chênes verbracht. Die Lage ist malerisch, mitten in der Natur, umgeben von ein paar weiteren Häusern, die aber nicht auffallen. Wir haben den schönen großen Pool sehr genossen! Die Aussicht auf die Montagne Ste. Victoire ist überragend und wir konnten oft Hasen, Füchse, Wildschweine usw direkt vor dem Haus beobachten. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Internet hat bei uns problemlos funktioniert, auch wenn es ganz klar nicht das Wichtigste war… Vielen lieben Dank!

Vale Gite agréable mais sans wifi et quasi sans mobile
Le gîte est conforme à la description, la vue est splendide sur la montagne Sainte Victoire, la piscine agréable, malgré les attaques de taons particulièrement agressifs.
Malheureusement, et malgré nos relances quasiment quotidiennes, nous n’avons pas eu de wifi pendant les 2 semaines de notre séjour. Dans une zone où en plus le téléphone passe extrêmement mal, ça a rendu notre séjour assez inconfortable ! Visiblement, c’est un problème récurrent et soyez prêts à un séjour sans téléphone et sans wifi !- Cleanliness

Cher Monsieur, votre avis sur notre gîte nous interroge et nous devons en tenir compte.
Cependant, nous restons interrogatifs et étonnés car en 7 ans d'activité, nous n'avons jamais eu un tel retour. Vous avez choisi notre gîte dont les points forts sont nombreux dont l'éloignement des nuisances de la ville comme le précise notre annonce. Cette zone au nord de la montagne Sainte-Victoire, est parfois défavorisée en matière de réception de téléphonie et de réseau Internet. En effet, il y a eu par le passé quelques ruptures de réseau mais très vite rétablies par Orange. Lors de votre séjour, malgré nos relances quotidiennes auprès d'Orange, nous n'avons pas pu obtenir de satisfaction et en avons été désolés pour vous, mais nous ne sommes pas responsables des problèmes techniques et carences d'Orange sur lesquelles nous n'avons aucun pouvoir.
Nous comprenons votre mécontentement mais ce manque de réseau ne justifie pas le dénigrement de notre gîte (d'autant que vous avez négocié un dédommagement pour ce désagrément que nous avons accepté - en vous offrant le ménage).
Chaque avis est source d'amélioration et suite à cette expérience exceptionnelle, nous avons donc décidé de nous orienter vers de nouveaux opérateurs ou technologies pour éviter que cette situation se reproduise. Au plaisir de vous revoir.
