Gîte adjoining the owners' house and 4 guest rooms, located on a former fenced-in farm on the outskirts of the village (quiet area). Ideally located between Luberon and Alpilles.
Ground floor: sitting area with flat-screen TV and sofa. Dining area. Fitted kitchen (washing machine, oven, microwave, 4 gas/electric burners, small appliances).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, shower room, separate toilet.
Reversible air-conditioning and bed linen included. Wi-fi access.
Private, unenclosed 12 m² terrace with garden furniture, unenclosed 19 m² garden. Electric barbecue. Communal facilities: parking in 300 m² enclosed communal courtyard (electric gate), secure communal swimming pool (7x4m, depth 1.60 m) open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. from early June to late September, secured by roller shutter, deckchairs available.
Housekeeping and towels on request. Tourist tax not included.
