Located just 15 minutes' walk from the Arènes d'Arles and the historic center, and 300 m from the Luma tower dedicated to contemporary art, this Holiday cottage is a Semi-detached house with private courtyard.

Entrance is via the 30 m² courtyard.
A small annex with WC, washing machine and 2 bicycles are at your disposal.
On the first floor you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room with a 120 x 190 sofa-bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
In the basement you'll find a small freezer and baby equipment (high chair, cot, Umbrella bed and baby carrier for one of the bikes).
The air-conditioned bedroom is on the first floor and has 2 beds 90 x 200cm, a separate WC with washbasin and a small balcony overlooking the rooftops of the City.
Pets allowed by prior arrangement with the owner.
Free parking is available in front of the house or nearby.

Rates include water, electricity, bed linen, towels, use of bicycles and tourist tax.
The house no longer offers an Internet connection.
A cleaning fee of €60 will be charged if the owner is required to clean the house.
A 15% discount is granted on stays of two weeks.
In high season, between June 27 and August 15, 2026, bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday.
In low season, the minimum stay is five nights.

    envie d'y revenir

    Nous avons été accueillies avec attention et chaleur. La maison est dans un quartier "ordinaire" : calme, à deux pas de la place de la Révolution, de sa boulangerie et d'un bus, à trois ou quatre pas du centre d'Arles, et pourtant à l'écart de l'agitation touristique. Son aménagement très soigné et bien pensé la rend confortable et belle. Elle a des murs épais et une histoire. La voiture n'a pas bougé pendant 5 jours. Parfait ! Nous aurions pu utiliser les vélos, mais nos explorations à pied nous ont suffi, de ruelles en places et en recoins, d'expos photos en musées, du haut de la tour Luma aux profondeurs des cryptoportiques. Est-ce Arles ou la maison ? Envie d'y revenir !

    Entre Alpilles & Camargue

    Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte idéalement situé à deux pas du centre historique d’Arles. Le logement est charmant, bien équipé et surtout très calme. La cour intérieure est un vrai plus pour profiter des petits-déjeuners ou des soirées en toute tranquillité.

    Autres avantages très appréciables : la mise à disposition de vélos, idéale pour explorer la ville et les alentours, et le stationnement gratuit à proximité, ce qui est un vrai confort dans une ville comme Arles.

    Un grand merci au propriétaire, chaleureux et bienveillant, qui a su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable par ses conseils et sa disponibilité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
