The owners do not live on site. Entrance via the private courtyard of about 25 m² with garden furniture. Garden shed with WC, washing machine and bicycles available (2 bicycles). On the ground floor : Kitchen equipped and integrated with 2 burners vitroceramics, extractor hood, microwave combined oven and refrigerator. Living room with sofa bed 120x190cm (possibility to accommodate 1 additional person), flat screen TV and coffee table, table with flaps, small library. Room with a lot of cachet, with ornamental chimney, travertine and stones. Access to the basement with small private freezer at disposal and baby equipment (bath, high chair, crib, bed and baby carriers for bicycles). Shower room with Italian shower 90x105cm and heated towel rail. Upstairs : bedoom with 2 beds 90x200cm which can be joined, desk and reversible air conditioning (included). Private balcony adjoining the bedroom of about 4 m². Adjoining dressing room with storage cupboards. Separate WC with washbasin. Sheets and towels included, beds made on arrival. Heating included. End of stay cleaning service on request (60 €). Pets allowed under certain conditions : prior agreement of the owner. Parking available on the street, near the gite (free). Internet (wifi).
