Ideally located between Avignon and the Alpilles, the Gîte des Demoiselles is a completely independent house with its own swimming pool and garden. Sleeping 6, it features 3 bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV and private bathroom. You'll appreciate its modern decor and top-quality amenities.

On the first floor, the gîte comprises :
- Spacious 55 m² living room with dining area for 8 people, comfortable lounge with sofa, armchairs, nesting coffee tables and large 140cm flat-screen TV connected (Orange box channels). Fitted kitchen separated by a glass roof with 4-burner induction hob, hood, oven, dishwasher and microwave.
- Storeroom/back kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and household utensils.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200cm), flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and shower room.
- Separate toilet with washbasin.

First floor:
- 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, flat-screen TV, console and shower room.
- 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200cm, flat-screen TV, bamboo ladder, console and shower room.
- Separate WC.

Each bathroom has a large walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Reversible air conditioning in each bedroom and living room (included).

Terrace / gravel courtyard of approx. 300 m², sheltered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, outdoor lounge. Private swimming pool (7x3.4m, 1.5m deep), open all year and alarm-protected. Petanque court.

Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Pets accepted under certain conditions: small animals only. Wifi access. Private parking for 2/3 vehicles on enclosed property. An electric terminal is also installed outside the gîte for recharging electric vehicles, access to which is included in the price of the stay.
