Ideally located between Avignon and the Alpilles, the Holiday cottage des Demoiselles is a completely independent house with its own swimming pool and garden. Sleeping 6, it features 3 bedrooms, each with its own flat-screen TV and private bathroom. On the first floor, the Holiday cottage comprises: - Large 55 m² living room with dining area for 8 people, comfortable lounge with sofa, armchairs, nesting coffee tables and large 140cm flat-screen TV. Equipped kitchen separated by a glass roof with 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher and microwave. - Storeroom / utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and household utensils. - 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet and shower room. - Separate toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: - 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, flat-screen TV, console and shower room.
- 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x200cm, flat-screen TV, bamboo ladder, console and shower room. - Separate WC. Each bathroom has a large walk-in shower, washbasin and heated towel rail. Reversible air-conditioning in each bedroom and in the living room (included). Terrace / gravel courtyard of approx. 300 m², sheltered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, outdoor lounge. Private Piscine (7x3.4m, 1.5m deep), open all year and alarm-protected. Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Pets allowed under certain conditions: small animals only. Wifi access. Private parking for 2/3 vehicles on enclosed property. A charging station for electric vehicles is located outside the Holiday cottage, and is included in the price of your stay.
