First floor (access via 2 steps):
- Independent fitted kitchen with 2-burner gas hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, small 6-set dishwasher, small 3.5kg washing machine, microwave oven combo, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
- Living room with dining area and lounge with sofa, 2 armchairs, connected TV and counter.
Upstairs (access via 4 steps):
- A 1st bedroom with 2 single beds 80x190cm, small library with games and wardrobe/closet.
- A second bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, closet, chest of drawers, chair and armchair. The 2 bedrooms enjoy a beautiful view over the valley.
- Small bathroom with 70x70cm shower with thermostatic control, WC, washbasin, vanity unit and small hanging storage unit.

Underfloor heating (low temperature), reversible air conditioning. All utilities included (linen, heating). Beds made up on arrival. Housework on request. Cot and high chair on request. Barbecue available. Pets not allowed. Wifi (Freebox with fiber).

The beaches of Cassis are less than a quarter of an hour from the gîte. Accrobranches 2 km away. Les Ancanaux fitness trail, with departure point for hikers.
