Céline, her son Mattéo and their 2 cats welcome you to their property in the heart of nature! On the plain of Cuges-les-Pins, in the Countryside, the Holiday cottage Les Câpriers sleeps 2 to 4 people. It adjoins a hangar, itself adjoining the owners' home, which is on a different side of the building from the Holiday cottage. The gîte has its own terrace and garden, with views over the fields, the Garlaban, the Sainte Baume and the Pagnol hills.

All on one level, the Holiday cottage comprises :
- A living room with a fully-equipped kitchen featuring a 3-burner gas stove and 1 electric hob, electric oven, hood, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Dining area for 4 people. Sitting area with convertible corner sofa (160x200cm - possibility of 2 extra beds), flat-screen TV and bookcase. Reversible air-conditioning.
- Bedroom with double bed (140x190cm) and closet.
- Bathroom with Italian-style shower 100x90cm, washbasin, WC, towel rail and electric heating.
- Small utility room with washing machine and cleaning utensils.

Private 30 m² terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, private garden of approx. 150 m².
Private parking on the property.
Wifi (fiber). Sheets and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning optional. Electricity charged extra (meter reading required).
