It's 1 detached house with private swimming pool (10x5x, 1.4 to 1.60m deep, open from 15/04 to 15/10), alarm-protected, on 6 hectares of unfenced land, in 1 estate of 8 well-spaced villas.

All on one level, the Holiday cottage comprises :
- large living room with high ceilings, 3-seater sofa, pouffe and 2 armchairs, connected flat-screen TV and coffee table, touches of African decoration.
- integrated open kitchen with large fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and plenty of storage space.
- laundry room with sink and washing machine - separate toilet with washbasin
- 2 bedrooms (80x200 beds can be made into 160x200 beds) with fitted closets and private bathrooms (Italian shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, heated mirror and WC)
- bedroom with 160x200 bed and closet and private terrace
- bedroom with twin 80x200 beds, which can be made into a 160x200 bed, and closet
- bathroom with double access from both bedrooms, featuring bathtub and walk-in shower, double washbasin, heated towel rail, heated mirror and WC

Outside:
- to the south 1 wooden terrace (35m²) with wood and woven-resin garden furniture, aluminum and woven-resin lounge, gas plancha and parasol.
- to the north, 1 large gravel area for parking several vehicles. 17 steps lead up the hill to the private swimming pool with deckchairs.

Bed linen, towels and household linen included, end-of-stay cleaning optional. Wifi (fiber). Pets allowed under certain conditions: no damage, droppings collected. Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub, play mat, stroller. Electricity terminal.
