Detached house with private terrace and garden, shared Piscine

In the Cuges les Pins valley, ideally located just a few kilometers from the beaches and Calanques of Cassis, La Ciotat, Saint Cyr sur Sea and Bandol, the Holiday cottage is also at the foot of the Sainte-Baume. A real paradise for hikers, the house is close to hiking trails, numerous equestrian centers and climbing and paragliding sites. The house is detached and located at the far end of the owners' grounds, next to another two-person Holiday cottage. It has a terrace, an enclosed garden and access to the shared Piscine.

On a single level, the cottage comprises:
- Living room with sofa, coffee table, dining area with table and 2 chairs, small open kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, stove with oven and 4 ceramic hobs.
- Bed 140x190cm, bedside table and lamps, chest of drawers, TV.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and cabinet, towel dryer, washing machine, closet and WC.

Outside, private garden of 300m², enclosed by the gate of the shared plot, and terrace of 25m² with pergola, garden furniture and electric plancha. Private parking space in front of the house. Access to the Piscine shared with the owners and the other Holiday cottage: open all year round, 8x4m (depth 1.40m), salt-treated.
