This warm and spacious detached house with private swimming pool is the perfect place to accommodate up to 9 people in an authentic Mediterranean setting, just a stone's throw from the treasures of the Côte Bleue.

Welcome to Lei Cardelin, a haven of peace nestled in a residential area of Martigues, the charming "Venice of Provence".
Bruno, the owner, opens his home to you, making it yours for the duration of your stay.

The villa comprises a raised ground floor (4 steps) and an upper floor:
Living room: sofa, armchair, connected TV (Netflix) and library (thriller fans will be delighted!). The dining area can accommodate up to 10 guests.
Kitchen: 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, food processor, and even raclette and fondue machines for gourmet evenings. A counter with high chairs completes a second dining area.
Laundry room with additional fridge and washing machine.
One bedroom on the first floor with a 160x200cm bed and a view of the Piscine, and 3 additional bedrooms upstairs (1 with a 140x190cm bed, one of which also has a 90x190cm bed). Each bedroom is air-conditioned, as is the living room.
2 bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower, and 2 separate WCs.

Take full advantage of the Provencal climate in the 400 m² private garden: sit in the shade of the sun blinds, sunbathe or prepare grilled meats on the barbecue. The pool house (with solar shower, WC and kitchenette) extends summer days around the private 9x4m swimming pool (max depth 1.75m) open from 15/04 to 30/09.
