Discover the wonders of Marseille and the Calanques in this little nest perched high above the sea, from where you can admire the entire bay of Marseille while remaining calm and far from the hustle and bustle of the city center... And yet you can get there in no time at all! You're at the gateway to the Parc National des Calanques in this house extension with large terrace.

At the entrance to the Parc National des Calanques, the Relais Perché is an ideal pied-à-terre from which to discover Marseille while remaining far from the hustle and bustle of the city center.
Situated on the heights of Marseille, with a beautiful, unobstructed view over the bay, this gîte adjoins the owners' house, but is separate and unoverlooked (terraced grounds, access to the gîte via 82 steps, but a lift is available for luggage...) and has its own private 35 m² terrace with garden furniture, comfortable sun lounger, electric awning and plancha (barbecue not allowed because of the fire, but you can share the owner's).

From the terrace, enter via the bay window into the bright living room, with dining area, leather sofa bed (additional sleeping arrangements possible: €15/day, free for babies), flat-screen TV, radio-CD, and reversible air-conditioning (included). Equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with 4-burner induction hob, combined microwave and mini-oven, hood, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, standard and Nespresso coffee makers. One bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm. Bathroom with bath, washbasin, heated towel rail. Separate WC.

Sheets and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning on request (€40).
Rental from Saturday to Saturday. Strictly non-smoking gite inside, deposit forfeited in case of non-compliance.
Washing machine shared with owners in an outbuilding, free access.

Free Wifi. Closed garage for 1 car with electric recharging (free), bikes or motorcycles, but it's also possible to come by public transport (frequent bus line B1 400m away, giving direct access to the town center and the Calanques, and line M8 provides 4 return trips a day to Cassis).

Immediate access to the Parc des Calanques hiking trails, with the Calanques of Morgiou, Sormiou and Sugiton accessible in around 1 to 2 hours on foot from the gîte.
