Washing machine.
2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds 80x200cm that can be made into 1 bed 160x200cm, and desk. Private bathroom for each bedroom with skylight, walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.

Private 55m² terrace with trellis, comfortable garden furniture and barbecue. Petanque court. Private garden of approx. 400 m².
