On the heights of La Ciotat, in a residential area at the gateway to the Parc des Calanques, Le Polygala is a 4-person gîte with a large private covered terrace overlooking the sea and the owners' flower-filled garden.
It is located in a detached house on the same plot as the owners. It adjoins another gîte (13G202426), and the first floor is occupied year-round.

The gîte comprises :
- Entrance hall with closet.
- Living room with sofa bed for 2 people and wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Open-plan kitchen with table and chairs, 3-burner induction hob, hood, oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and Senseo pod coffee maker. The living room opens onto the terrace via 2 large French windows.
- One bedroom with a 2-person bed (160x200cm), armchair and mirrored wardrobe. The window is fitted with a mosquito net.
- A bathroom accessible from the bedroom with an 80x80cm Italian-style shower, washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Separate WC.

The private terrace measures 17 m² and is equipped with sun loungers, garden furniture and an electric plancha.
Private parking on gated property. Electric heating included. Linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning optional.
Pets accepted at extra charge. Fan available.

The owners are nature lovers with a passion for gardening and preserving biodiversity on their property. You'll meet their dog Mascotte and perhaps catch a glimpse of cats, turtles and chickens... Hiking trails are 400m from the gîte (route des crêtes), the port and town center are within walking distance (steep path on the way back), and Figuerolles cove is 2.5km away.
