Located in a residential area just 300m from the center of Maillane village, Petit Valexiane is a semi-detached gîte with private terrace, garden and heated pool shared with the owners.

Le Petit Valexiane is a gîte adjoining the owners' house (no direct wall to the owners' house, the walls adjoining the owners' house open onto a storeroom), sharing a garden and heated swimming pool. The duplex gîte can accommodate up to 4 people, and has its own private terrace. Private parking on enclosed property.

On the first floor, the gîte comprises :
- Living room with fully-equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso pod coffee maker, juicer...). Lounge area with sofa, coffee table and TV with Chromecast and SFR box channels, connected speaker. Dining area for 4. Reversible air-conditioning.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.

Upstairs, the attic sleeping area with velux window, offering 1 double bed 160x200cm and 2 single beds 90x190cm, chest of drawers, clothes rack and small recess with cot available (highchair also provided on request).

Private 32 m² shaded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Shared garden of approx. 600 m² with soccer pitches.
Swimming pool shared with owners 8.5x4m, max depth 1.45m, salt-treated and alarmed. Heated from May to September.

All-inclusive: wifi (fiber), bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and reversible air conditioning.
Owners' washing machine available on request, laundry 200m away in the village. Electric vehicle charging station in the village, 300m away.

Motorcyclists welcome: garage available under cover. The owner is himself a motorcycle enthusiast and runs a motorcycle store.
