In the Countryside, opposite the Château du Breuil, the Petit Mas de Mourgues holiday cottage is located on a farm, in a 14th-century mas, and is attached to the owners' house and a year-round rental, but has its own private outdoor space with swimming pool. The cottage has a lot of character, with old floors, stone walls, exposed beams, old stone staircase.First floor: - Living/dining room with dining area, corner sofa, 101cm flat-screen TV, DVD/VHS player, 3-seater radassier, fireplace with insert - Separate kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and sink - Separate WC.
- Laundry room with 80x80cm shower, washing machine, dishwasher and cleaning utensils. Upstairs: - 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, flat-screen TV, closet - 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm and a convertible sofa, closet and valet - Air-conditioning in corridors leading to bedrooms (included).
- A 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm, desk, flat-screen TV, dressing room and air-conditioning. - Shower room with corner Italian shower, stone washbasin with large vanity top and heated towel rail. - Separate WC. The Holiday cottage has its own private enclosed terrace/yard (200 m²) with garden furniture, barbecue, alarm-protected swimming pool (7x3m, 1.3m deep, open from May 15 to September 30), bowling green.
