Situated in Saint-Étienne-du-Grès, in a peaceful lane in the heart of the village and at the gateway to the Alpilles Regional Nature Park, this tastefully renovated 20 m² studio offers a gentle, functional escape for your Provencal getaways.

The studio is located on the first floor of the owners' house, adjoining a year-round rental, and features an independent entrance through a bay window that opens onto a bright kitchen/dining area, perfectly equipped for your stays. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, 2 ceramic hobs, extractor fan, microwave/grill, washing machine, table and 2 chairs. You'll also find a comfortable lounge area with rapido 140x190cm sofa bed, connected TV and reversible air conditioning for summer and winter comfort.
The modern bathroom includes shower, towel dryer and WC.
Outside, an enclosed gravel courtyard, accessible via a bay window, lets you enjoy breakfast in the sun or a moment of reading in the shade of the Alpilles. A private parking space is available in front of the Holiday cottage.

The studio sleeps a maximum of 2 people. Small pets (max 20 kg) are welcome, subject to respect for the environment and the removal of droppings.

This studio is the ideal base for discovering authentic Provence, Hiking in the Alpilles or strolling through the lively streets of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, while enjoying a haven of peace and quiet on your return from your walks. Hiking in the Alpilles, cycle touring, Provencal Markets in Saint-Rémy and Eygalières, discover the ancient sites of Arles, Avignon Festival.
