Discover a detached house nestled in a quiet housing estate, perfect for vacations with family or friends by the Piscine. Ideally located in Graveson, this Holiday cottage offers privileged access to the region's treasures: the majestic Alpilles, the historic cities of Avignon and Arles or the Pont du Gard.

On two levels, the air-conditioned Provencal house is composed as follows:
- Large living room with 2 sofas, coffee table, connected TV, stereo, small office area. Access to covered terrace. Table and 6 chairs. Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob on island with integrated hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, small appliances. French windows opening onto summer kitchen and Piscine.
- Ground-floor master bedroom with private bathroom (shower, bath and double basin): 160x200cm bed, wall cabinet and chest of drawers.
- Laundry room (2 steps down) with large cupboards, washing machine, tumble dryer, additional fridge/freezer.
- Separate WC with washbasin.
First floor:
- Bedroom with bed 140x190cm, wall cupboard and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bed (2 twin 80x200cm beds), wall cupboard, bookcase and chest of drawers.
- Separate bathroom upstairs: bath and shower, vanity unit.
- Separate WC.

Outside, 150m² garden, covered terrace with lounge in front of the house, covered summer kitchen (garden furniture, electric plancha, sink and fridge). Private Piscine 10x5m, 0.80 to 1.80m deep, alarmed, deckchairs.

Reversible air conditioning (one unit on ground floor and one upstairs). Mosquito screens on windows. Sheets and towels included. Piscine towels provided. Housekeeping included. Baby equipment on request (Umbrella bed and high chair). Pets not allowed.
