Located in an exceptional setting, atop a hill overlooking the Bay of La Ciotat, the Panoramique de Sainte Croix is a holiday cottage for 4 to 6 people, ideal for nature and animal lovers. The holiday cottage is reached via a scenic climb that gradually reveals superb views of the surrounding landscape. The access roads, typical of the area, are two-way and relatively narrow in places, encouraging a leisurely drive. This privileged location fully contributes to the charm and authenticity of the place.

Located on a single level (with a few steps inside the holiday cottage), it consists of:
- A beautiful living area with exposed beams, 2 seating areas with a fireplace (firewood provided), a video projector used as a TV with access to channels via the SFR set-top box (the connection may be intermittent given the holiday cottage’s location), sofas, armchairs, and a smart speaker, and a dining area for 6. A beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with a central island, a 4-burner induction cooktop, a built-in range hood, an oven, a full-size refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, a dishwasher, a microwave, a percolator coffee maker, and a Magimix food processor.
- An office area in the hallway.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed (180x200 cm).
- 2nd bedroom with 1 pull-out bed (180x200 cm), a desk, and a secure loft with a mattress (120x190 cm).
- Third bedroom with one pull-out bed (160x200 cm), a desk, and a loft with a mattress (80x200 cm).
- Laundry area with an electric washer/dryer combo, leading to the bathroom with a walk-in shower (140x80 cm), double sinks, and a heated towel rack.
- Separate toilet with a sink.

Two private terraces, each 50 m². Outdoor kitchen with a gas griddle. An approximately 1-hectare unfenced garden with swings and a foosball table.
A private 2m50x4m50 Piscine (equipped with an alarm) is adjacent to the house.
Pets are allowed, provided they get along with the animals on the property (dog, cats, chickens, rooster, goose, and pig).

All-inclusive: bed linens, bath towels, end-of-stay cleaning, Wi-Fi (fiber), and reversible air conditioning in the living room and hallway.
