Located in an exceptional setting, at the top of a hill overlooking the bay of La Ciotat, Panoramique de Sainte Croix is a Holiday cottage for 4 to 6 people, ideal for nature and animal lovers.

Situated on a single level (a few steps into the Holiday cottage), it comprises :
- A beautiful living room with exposed beams, 2 sitting areas with fireplace (wood provided), video projector used as a TV with access to SFR box channels (connection may be random given the location of the Holiday cottage), sofas, armchairs and connected speaker, dining area for 6. Beautifully equipped kitchen with central island, 4-burner induction hob, integrated hood, oven, American fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, percolator and Magimix coffee maker.
- Office area in hallway.
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 180x200cm.
- 2nd bedroom with 1 pull-out bed 180x200cm, desk and secure mezzanine with 120x190cm mattress.
- 3rd bedroom with 1 pull-out bed 160x200cm, desk and mezzanine with 80x200cm mattress.
- Laundry area with electric washer/dryer combination, leading to shower room with walk-in shower 140x80cm, double washbasin and heated towel rail.
- Separate toilet with washbasin.

2 private 50 m² terraces. Summer kitchen with gas plancha. Unenclosed garden of approx. 1ha with swings and table soccer.
A 2m50x4m50 private swimming pool (alarmed) adjoins the house.
Pets allowed, but must be able to get along with the animals on the property (dogs, cats, hens, roosters, geese and pigs).
