The Gîtes Syflor are located in an 1810 house, which houses 3 guest rooms and the owners' apartment. The center of the village of Eyragues is only 100m away on foot, and the property is perfectly situated for discovering both Avignon and its treasures, and the beauty of the Alpilles and Luberon, with their perched villages.

Located on the 1st floor, Le Nid is a 2-person gîte with an indoor/outdoor wooden veranda, creating a pleasant space with garden furniture. The ground-floor entrance is shared with the owners.
The apartment comprises :
- Living room with sofa, dining area with high table and stools, connected flat-screen TV, reversible air conditioning.
- Open-plan kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, 6-ring dishwasher, extractor fan, washing machine/dryer combination, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer.
- Bedroom with 1 double bed 160x200cm and closet. Safe-deposit box.
- Bathroom with 90x90cm shower, washbasin with cabinet, heated towel rail and WC.
- Wooden veranda / terrace with garden furniture and view of a beautiful pine tree.

The gîte has access to an outdoor area shared by all 3 gîtes on the other side of the building: large covered terrace area with garden furniture, grassy garden and shared fenced swimming pool (5x10m, max. depth 2.5m, open from 15/04 to 15/10).
