Holiday cottage sleeps 4 with private terrace, shared Piscine and pétanque court

In the small Provencal Alpilles village of Fontvieille, Le Mazet Magali is a Holiday cottage on two levels that can accommodate up to 4 people. A former hotel residence, it is located in a group of 9 houses, with a private terrace area and access to a shared Piscine and pétanque court. It is equipped with modern comforts such as a new kitchen, air conditioning and comfortable bedding, while benefiting from the charm of its exposed wooden beams. The village of Fontiveille is just a few hundred meters away, with its many shops, cafés and restaurants. You'll be ideally situated between Arles, Saint Rémy de Provence, the villages of the Alpilles and the wild Camargue.

Entrance is via the private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and deckchairs, and shaded by an awning.
The main room on the ground floor is equipped with a Rapido sofa bed, coffee table, storage units, table and 4 chairs, connected TV, open kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, 3 induction hobs, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, small electrical appliances.
A steep, narrow spiral staircase leads to the first floor, composed as follows:
- Bedroom with 160x200cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, large closet.
- Bathroom with Italian-style shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and washing machine.
- Separate WC.

Private parking for 2 vehicles in gated residence. Communal, gated Piscine open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. from May 1 to October 15. Petanque court.
Umbrella bed and highchair available.
Bed linen and towels included. End-of-stay cleaning optional.

Pets allowed: 1 dog 15/20kg max.
