Ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this cocoon nestles right in the center of the picturesque village of Fontvieille, in the heart of the Alpilles.

Composition of the mas (on two levels):
Ground floor:
Cosy living room: sofa, two poufs, coffee table, armchair, connected TV and fireplace. Beautiful, secure staircase leads upstairs.
Open, convivial kitchen: fully equipped (induction hob, hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). Large extendable table for up to 8 guests. Direct access to terrace.
Bedroom bed 160x200 cm, wardrobe, private shower room, view of the Piscine.
Laundry room: washing machine, storage space, outside access.
Separate WC.

First floor (living room side):
Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (90x200), private shower room and WC.
Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200), private shower room and WC.

First floor (kitchen side):
Bedroom 3: double bed (160x200), private shower room and WC.

Outside area :
Private Piscine (7x3.5 m, 1.40 m deep), secured by shutter, open from April to October (weather permitting). Heating optional, invoiced according to actual consumption.
Shaded terrace with pergola, garden furniture, deckchairs.
Barbecue, Bonzini table soccer, for convivial moments.
Private parking on gated property (2 to 3 vehicles).
Reversible air conditioning throughout the house for optimum comfort in summer and winter. Electricity billed according to actual consumption.

Surcharge of €30 for small pets and €50 for large dogs.
