In the heart of the Alpilles, on a small country road 1.5km from the village of Maussane, beautiful mas on 2,000 m² enclosed property. Between olive trees and horse meadows, the environment is particularly well preserved. On-site second small semi-detached gîte with its own outdoor space.
Alarm-secured swimming pool (4x10 m, 1.6 m deep) in front of the house, accessible all year round, with pool house, fountain and sun loungers. South-facing terrace under the pergola, with garden furniture, sofas and swings. Enclosed patio opening onto kitchen.
Ground floor: very spacious living room with 101 cm TV, DVD player, kitchen opening onto dining area: large American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob. Back kitchen (washing machine). Separate toilet. A total surface area of 70 m² opening onto the pool and terrace.
Upstairs (air-conditioned), 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (160x200) and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x190). Bathroom with free-standing bath and shower. Separate toilet.
Central heating and reversible air-conditioning upstairs (€100 per week), cleaning on request, linen rental (€10 per person in low season - included in summer). Barbecue. Cot and high chair on request. Wi-fi. Pets allowed only with owner's agreement.
Come and recharge your batteries in this idyllic setting. Non-smoking house, pots are installed on the terrace for this purpose, so that you can smoke outside.

Comfortable house with lovely garden
5/5We had a great stay in Mazet de Maïs. The house was comfortable and clean and the garden was lovely and very well kept. Beautiful surrounding, great for hiking and a nice village nearby with several bakeries and restaurants.

Heaven in Maussane
5/5We have spent with 3 a fabulous holiday in Maussane. Fabienne is a great host and very considerate for her guests. The exterior is just magnificent: big swimming pool, great outdoor spaces and nicely covered terrases, always a place to find sunshine or shadow. Inside, the house is nicely decorated with a lot of touristic information with regard to Maussane and trips nearby or a bit further away. The house feels spacious and is well equipped. The house is located in a very quiet area at the foot of Les Alpilles (with magnificent views), yet the center of Maussane is easily reachable within 5min by car. 5-star review with only 1 recommendation: some extra privacy for the downstairs toilet would be welcome.

Séjour agréable et reposant
4/5Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et reposant en famille.
Le jardin est magnifique et quelque soit l'heure de la journée, il est toujours possible de trouver un endroit ombragé sur la terrasse pour bouquiner, se reposer ou passer un moment en famille. Et quoi de plus rafraichissant que de piquer une tête dans la piscine après une journée de visite ou une balade dans les Alpilles avec des sentiers accessibles à pied du gîte.
Notre séjour aurait été parfait si nous n'avions pas eu des soucis de propreté au niveau de la cuisine qui ont été portés à la connaissance de la propriétaire.- Cleanliness 3/5

5/5C'est avec plaisir et un grand bonheur que nous avons été accueilli par Fabienne dans ce bijou des Alpilles. Nous y avons trouvé le calme, qui nous a permis de retrouver notre sérénité, la joie de parcourir le superbe massif des Alpilles, le plaisir des découvertes culinaires de Maussane et surtout la chance de faire la connaissance de la propriétaire, une belle âame.

Urlaub in der Provence
5/5Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Maussane. Das Anwesen war sehr sauber. Die Terrasse und der Garten mit Pool waren herrlich. Die Lage war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Radtouren und um Städtchen in der Umgebung zu besichtigen. Zu Fuß war man in etwa 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Mausanne.
Die Ruhe um das Ferienhaus sorgte ebenfalls dafür abzuschalten und den Alltag zu vergessen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen.- Cleanliness 5/5
