- Scullery with washing machine, microwave, freezer, sink and ice maker.
- Living room open to the kitchen with sofa, ottomans, fireplace (wood for a fee) and flat screen TV.
- Large dining room with dining area for 12 people, desk and table football.
- A parental suite with 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm and complete private bathroom with shower and bathtub.
- A separate toilet with washbasin.

Upstairs :
- 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140x190cm.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm and 2 twin 90x190cm beds, small library, board games, high ceilings.
- 1 bedroom with 2 twin 80x190cm beds.
- A large bathroom with lion's paw bath, walk-in shower, double sink, toilet and heated towel rail.
- A bathroom with 80x80cm shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
- Living room on the mezzanine with benches.

Very pleasant outdoor area, private garden of 1.2 hectares with orchard and olive grove. Private swimming pool 12x5m, depth 1.3m to 2.4m. Several terraces, one of which is under shelter with garden furniture, sun loungers. Barbecue. Pétanque ground, ping-pong table.

Wireless. Bed linen and towels included - beds made on arrival. 3 additional beds possible on request. Housekeeping on request. Heated / refreshing floor on the ground floor and air conditioning upstairs. Heating in supplement from October to April: fixed price 100 € per week.
