Stay with family or friends in this large farmhouse for 12 people, with magnificent outdoor spaces and private swimming pool.

Mas Piquet is an 18th-century farmhouse of over 300 m², with lots of character, ideally located close to treasures (Saint Rémy de Provence, Avignon, Salon de Provence, Les Baux) yet in the Countryside.

The Holiday cottage comprises, on the first floor, :
- Beautiful living room with fully equipped kitchen with Falcon 5-burner gas piano, hood, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, central island. Dining area. High ceilings, mezzanine.
- Scullery with washing machine, microwave, sink and freezer.
- Open-plan living room with 2 sofas, poufs, fireplace (wood at extra charge) and flat-screen TV.
- Large dining room with dining area for 12, desk and table soccer.
- Master bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190cm), dressing room, private bathroom with shower and bath.
- Separate WC.

First floor:
- 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed 140x190cm.
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm and 2 twin beds 90x190cm, small library, board games, high ceilings.

- Large bathroom with lion's foot bath, walk-in shower, double washbasin, WC and heated towel rail.
- A shower room with 80x80cm shower, washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.
- Living room on the mezzanine with bench seating.

Pleasant outdoor space, private 1.2-hectare garden with orchard and olive grove. Private Piscine 12x5m, 1.3m to 2.4m deep. Several terraces, including one under cover with garden furniture and sun loungers. Barbecue. Boules pitch, table tennis.

Wifi access. Bed linen and towels included - Beds made on arrival. Housekeeping on request. Floor heating / cooling on ground floor and air conditioning upstairs. Additional heating charge from October to April: €150 per week. Minimum stay of 2 weeks in July/August.

The house is not suitable for disabled guests.
