Discover an authentic 19th-century Provencal farmhouse, nestled in a protected natural environment in Charleval. Surrounded by a landscaped garden and with an unobstructed view of the Luberon Massif, this Holiday cottage offers a luminous setting conducive to relaxation and total immersion in nature.
Set in a vast, unenclosed landscaped plot, the mas is surrounded by Mediterranean species (olive trees, lavender, cypress) and features a natural, ecological swimming pool (15 meters long, 1.40 m deep, secured by an alarm) integrated into a well-tended plant setting.
Several relaxation areas allow you to take full advantage of the calm of the Provencal climate.

Mas du Câprier combines Provencal charm and comfort, using traditional materials and respecting the original architecture.

Ground floor:
- a 42m² lounge/dining room with sofa, dining table and fireplace, opening onto a living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, bookcase and TV.
- a veranda overlooking the garden with table and chairs, washing machine
- a kitchen equipped with piano (oven and hob), microwave, bean and pod coffee machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher etc.
First floor:
- the "Yellow Room" with two 80x200 beds (twin or separate), a 140x190 sofa bed, dressing room and en-suite shower room with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC
- the "Blue Room" features a 160x200 bed, a 90x190 bed, desk, closet and bathroom with bath, vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC
- the third bedroom, "La Magnanerie", opens onto a dressing room with access to the bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a 90x190 sofa bed, a desk and a bathroom with angel bath and double washbasin.
