- Kitchen with 4-burner gas hob, oven, hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Small storeroom with cooking utensils. Second dining area for 4.
- Bathroom with 80x80cm shower, washbasin, washing machine and towel rail. Enclosed WC.

First floor:
- 1st bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190cm, chest of drawers, closet, hanging space and chairs. Reversible air-conditioning.
- 2nd bedroom with 2 beds 90x190cm and closet. Reversible air-conditioning.

1 extra bed available.

150 m² terrace in front of gîte in shared courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue, parking.

Housekeeping on request. Heating included for weekend and midweek rates (4 nights). Cot + high chair available. Electric heating (billed according to actual consumption).
