Mas des Chênes Verts is a large 260 m² house with 6 bedrooms, private heated infinity pool, lovely sheltered terrace and large private garden with olive grove.
The house is adjoining the owners', but has exclusive use of the pool and garden. It is located in an artisanal zone. Private parking on enclosed property.

On the first floor, the gîte comprises :
- Large entrance hall.
- Kitchen opening onto living room with central island with high stools, oven, microwave, 5-burner induction hob, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, stone sink, American fridge/freezer with ice dispenser and water fountain.
- Living room with dining area for 6. Living room with large corner sofa, coffee table, large 150cm flat-screen TV, bookcase, connected speaker and Marshall sound system.
- 1st bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bay window overlooking terrace and pool, convector fan.
- 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm, chest of drawers and 2 armchairs. Bay window overlooking terrace and pool, convector fan and full-length mirror.

First floor:

- 5th bedroom with 1 bed 160x200cm, chest of drawers and clothes rack.

Private infinity pool 16x6m, 1.6m deep, accessible from 15/04 to 15/10, protected by roller shutter, heated if required. Ping-pong table.
