You're in the heart of the Alpilles: on a fully fenced property, facing the meadows and with your back to the Alpilles, a very pretty traditional mas shared between the owner's home and the Holiday cottage. Not overlooked, a blackout fence guarantees total privacy in your 200m² garden planted with trees and flowers, and on your 50m² terrace shaded by a pergola.
The top feature of this Holiday cottage: a private Jacuzzi on the terrace and your own boulodrome. The Piscine (10x4m prof 1.5m - alarm protection) is shared with the owners and a 2-person Holiday cottage, accessible all year round.

On the ground floor, entrance via the large, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, small appliances), dining area. Comfortable living room opening onto terrace, flat-screen TV, DVD player, table soccer. Small bathroom with toilet. Washing machine in storeroom behind kitchen.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), one with a very large dressing room and the other with its own private bathroom (shower/wc). A bright, colorful Kids' bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 + cot. Bathroom (bath). Separate toilet.
This Holiday cottage has been tastefully and carefully furnished, with comfortable bedding.
Gas hob - bed linen and towels provided during the season (€10 per person the rest of the year) - Housework on request (€150) - Reversible air-conditioning (€100/week in winter and summer) - Wi-fi.

Shared facilities: Piscine, Kids' play area (swings). Covered carport for 3 cars.
A very pretty place. Make the most of traditional Provence, with its markets, local producers, village festivals and hiking and biking trails. In the evening, the jacuzzi awaits you, or take a dip in the Piscine before an aperitif on your terrace.
