Open-plan fitted kitchen with 2-burner induction hob, extractor hood, combined microwave oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The living room opens via two French windows onto the 30 m² private angled terrace.
- 6 m² bathroom with 90x120cm walk-in shower, washbasin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.

Private double terrace with garden furniture and lounge. Shared garden of approx. 400 m² with Piscine 9 x 4.1m, 2m deep, secured by roller shutter, open from June to mid-September. Barbecue.
