The living room opens via two French windows onto the private 30 m² corner terrace.
- a 6 m² bathroom with a 90x120cm walk-in shower, washbasin with vanity unit, heated towel rail and WC.

Double private terrace with garden furniture and relaxation lounge. Common garden of approximately 400 m² with shared swimming pool 9 x 4.1m, depth 2m, secured by roller shutter, open from June to mid-September. Barbecue. Ping pong table.
